As of May 2026, I’ll be stepping away from social media, that includes me (director, maker, coach, facilitator), Both Feet and Bod. We are all still very much here, connecting, sharing, experiencing, just no more social feeds. I'm shitting myself.

Recently, I had the huge privilege of spending a couple of days on the set of a BBC drama, shadowing and learning from the very bloody lovely Matt Holt while he was directing.
