Actors Stretch & Scene Study

The Actors Stretch
The Actor's Stretch is a regular workout for your acting muscles. Hone your skills and go deeper into the technique and/or yourself by exploring:
- Complex given circumstances
- Exercises and scenes with 3+ people
- Taking direction
- Character choices such as physical impediments, conditions including intoxication or illness, imitations and more
- How to use the technique in rehearsal environments
- Integration with other techniques - eg. Laban efforts
- Audition practice
Scene Study
Scene Study offers a chance to apply the tools of our technique to text. Work with a partner on a scene specially selected for your casting type and develop your skills in:
- Cold-reading
- Text analysis
- Taking direction
- Living truthfully under given circumstances
- Use of costume/props

"This lady is one of the most hard working,
badass people out there.
This course sounds amazing - any of my acting friends out there who haven't worked with Steph or who have any want to try something different, should definitely give this a go."

Nathan Graham
"I thoroughly enjoy training with Both Feet because they give you the safest environment to thrive, fail and push boundaries."

Leanne
