Medical or wellbeing information you provide is used only to support your safety and participation.
It is stored securely and only accessed by staff who need it.

If your health changes before attending, please let us know.

4. Photography & Shared Images

Photos may be taken during training or retreats.
Unless you tell us before arrival or at the moment a photo is taken, we may use images from the retreat for documentation or promotional purposes.

If a specific moment is private or personal, just tell us at the time and we will always honour it.

Participants may not share images of others publicly without consent.

5. Storing & Sharing Data

Your data may be stored within:

  • Wix (our website and booking system)

  • secure cloud storage

  • internal retreat and training records

We only share limited information with third parties when it is necessary to deliver part of your booking (e.g. an external activity provider) or if required for safety or legal reasons.

We do not store your card details. Payments are processed securely via Wix’s accredited payment partners.
