An Actor Connects: Intro Day
We are not currently running these.

What you'll learn
During this one day you’ll be introduced to Steph, a new way of looking at you and your craft and what it means to be an actor as well as The Meisner Technique, including the famous ‘repetition’ exercise.

You’ll begin exploring connection and your acting instincts, learn to observe and respond and take the first steps towards what Meisner calls ‘living truthfully’.

If we find we're a good fit and our training is right for you, you will then be invited to apply to continue your training.
Where & How much?
We run these day courses in London, Leeds and Manchester.

We make sure our courses are as affordable as possible. To do our part in reducing income inequality accessibility in the industry also see our scholarship programme.

Stay another day?
Most of our Intro days are followed by a Stretch Day. They generally sell out but if there happens to be a place, we strongly recommend you stay on to delve deeper into the work. It's also a beautiful opportunity to work with actors Steph's been training for a long time.

Thank you for the intro and the stretch. I think it's wonderful that you've curated a space for actors that is safe, nurturing and so so kind above everything else.
It was a pleasure to watch you work and meet more people who have been touched and changed by the method and approach.
I found things in 2 days that a year in Drama school couldn't teach.
