Just like a musician needs to practice their scales and an Olympian needs to maintain their fitness, an actor too needs to workout. NB You must have started your training with us to be eligible to attend (generally the Intro to Meisner). If you're unsure, get in touch.

At the Stretches we delve deeper into the Meisner Technique, we explore what's in your way and practice expanding your programmed responses so you have more confidence in where you want to go.
