Actors Stretch Retreat

4 day

Both Feet Location

Stretch Retreat

This weekend retreat is available for actors who have already started their Meisner training with us (talk to us if you're unsure).

Why come?

This is an immersive weekend with beautiful people, your craft, your humaning and the countryside.

Let’s keep it simple:

Over our weekend together you will continue to be challenged as a human and an actor as we have a biiiig stretch of those acting muscles - as always, you as a group will determine exactly what that will look, sound and feel like.

We’ll connect to our deep sense of self, we’ll continue to practise grounding and stability and what it is to be present because without it you won’t be a present and safe actor.

And it wouldn’t be a retreat if we didn’t get outside to deepen that learning, what that looks like will depend on you and the weather.

Listening, trusting, leaning into the fear and jumping are all phrases you’ll be familiar with. This course will give your body a full experience of what that really means.

Accommodation

We run all our retreats from our purpose built studio and accommodation space nestled in the rolling Welsh countryside.  The space comprises of a custom built studio space with heated flooring, sleeps twelve in en-suite rooms with offsite accommodation available.  It also boasts ample living space - Living room, kitchen, balcony and patio garden.  Not to mention the views of the stunning Welsh Countryside.

Check out the booking box at the bottom of this page for upcoming dates!

Getting here is easier than you think. You can drive or we can help with car sharing / collection from Chester/Ruabon if someone's not passing your route. And the T10 bus stops right outside our door! Click here

"I've been working with Both Feet Actor Training for about five years now.  They have not only changed me as an actor but my whole perspective of it too.  They are sooo amazing! If you are a working actor or just starting your journey I urge you to look at this."
